Listen, I was an ER nurse for 15 years.

The only way there would’ve been a surgeon on standby is if the call came in from EMS that Charlie was on the way there with that very wound.

Since he didn’t go by ambulance, we know that didn’t happen, he also went to a level three hospital.

There’s no surgeons for trauma wounds unless it’s a Level one or Level 2 Trauma Center.

If it’s a Level three he would’ve gotten flown out.

I guarantee there was no surgeon working on him.

And if he got a pulse back, it was most likely an epi pulse, epinephrine, and no one‘s doing surgery on someone that’s not stabilized.

He obviously wasn’t stabilized so no one cut him open at the hospital. Trust me.
